Terribly maintained accomodations, construction right outside the door. Units had water damagae and mold growing inside. Complaints to service staff went without action. A written complaint sent to VIP services manager went un answered. A trip advisor report was files and pictures posted, which resulted in a Cranberry Resort person (supposedly) responding that she had taken the issue up with the appropriate departments asnd would send further emails. Too bad that hasn't happened and if they really wanted to get in touch with me, they would be able to get my contact info from my check in file. Not like I didn't specify which unit I was in and when.
Cranberry obviously partakes in the practice of pretending publicly to care while they do not AT ALL take any action to provide customer satisfaction on a personal level. Shady business operating a shady resort with questionable construction and mainetnance. How they ever got past the city inspections is mind boggeling.
