I bought vacation time from this company a couple of years ago, 10 weeks for 10 years, maximum 3 weeks per year, i have used two of the weeks and arrived here in collingwood to use the 3rd week. I arrived with my kids, at the Alpine resort motel to pick up keys and I was informed that all the locks have been changed and the whereabouts of Mr. Austin Shaw are unknown. I do not have anywhere to stay, and i have 7 weeks of vacation time left to use.
