City Librarian of our Toronto Public Library has been ignoring me foe nearly TWO months from my disclosing to her in person on Sept 7 about my concerns over on-going, excessive & loud socialization partying involving ALL REGULAR Yorkwoods staff from the branch head, all supervisors & regular staff hinding berhind their plexiglass shield while pretending & igniring 90% of the time involving people not wearing their mask at all or inproperly or remaining too close to other people. Their inaction of theirs continued after I complained multiple times to at lease 3 supervisors, several staff & the branch head
At least one regular Saturday staff totally ignores the supposedly mandatory mask by- law while spending hours with his male friend (also ignoring & not wearing a wask) socializing, playing/using library computer or playing with their phones nearly every Saturday. Branch head, who supervisor AND other staff all pretended they saw this & engaging ttheir own loud /excessive social talks.
Because of this on-going socialization of all Yorkwoods regular staff, top to bottom, the so-called intensive pandemic related cleaning/disinfecting procedure were often neglected REPEATEDLY
To these staff, no wonder they like this branch so much, as it is their party heaven!
