The company We put up lights inc. sold me a large inflatable santa on Nov. 23 of 2007. I didn't recieve it. I phoned and was told multiple times that this issue would be cleared up in no time. After waiting a few months (and a few more calls) I decided to let Visa take care of this issue. I was suprised to find out I only had a few months to report this. I was apparently one day too late to back charge it. Too many delays. More calls have been made and I am always promised that this matter will be looked after.
