Total Lighting and Decor, Burlington
Product paid for lights but not delivered

I bought a 4 outdoor lights at Total Lighting and Decor of Burlington, Ontario over 2 months ago with a promised delivery of 2 weeks.

Its been over 2 months now and every week we called, they promised me delivery next week.

Still no lights and when i finally had enough and asked for my money back a couple days ago, they refused.

I gave them a $370 deposit on a $600.00 order.

So i am out of pocket $370 and no lights.

Heading overseas now so i guess they really screwed me.

Manage to source the exact same lights through another on-line supplier in the USA and they managed to get them to me within a week.

But i am still out of pocket $370 to total Lighting and Decor.

Avoid shopping at Total Lighting and Decor on Fairview Street in Burlington.

Every time we called for the lights, the owner / manager had the worst attitude out of any retailer we have ever dealt with.

It is the first and only time we have had to report a company to the Better Business Bureau.

Please don't order anything from this shop.
