Total Lighting and Decor of Burlington Ontario reported to the Better Business Bureau.
It has been 2 months and 1 week since i left a deposit on an order that was promised delivery in 2 weeks.
The company continually down the roads us with its deliver date.
When finally we had enough and asked for our refund, they refused.
Have not heard anything from them regarding my lights.
They have never once called us about the order.
Never delivered product.
Refused to refund us our money.
They have our deposit of hundreds of dollars and continue to stall us and screw us around.
We have serious doubts they ever put the order in when they said they did with their supplier.
We have now reported the company to the Better Business Bureau.
This is the first and only time we have ever had to take such measures with any business.
Terrible service. Terrible attitude.
Paid money and have no product.
DON'T Shop at Total Lighting and Decor on Fairview Street in Burlington.
Stay away from them and shop elsewhere.
