The same thing happened to me word for word as the other reports, so I know these guys are scammers. They won't direct ship to my house, they won't remburse. They won' t relocate. They placed my machines when Jamie came to town where ever would take them and left town as fast as he could. Not one of these machines is making close to what they promised, I even had to take some out because Jamie put it in a Work Warehouse that had a mximum of 2 employees at a time and sometimes 1.
This Jamie guy (Monarch Services???) is part of the scam also as he does not carry a cell phone (Gee I wonder Why?) How can you do business today nation wide without a cell phone.
They tell you what you want to hear and do NOTHING! Also I sent in my rembursement reciepts in via fax 5 times with my signed charity donation reciept and still nothing.
IF WE ALL COME TOGETHER AND CONTACT EVERY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ACCROSS CANADA AND CONTACT THE RCMP MAYBE WE CAN STOP THESE CREEPS.
