To Your incompetent company:

I placed an order totalling $104 and 3 weeks later received a letter stating I added the total up wrong and was required to send another $12.29 so I do so. That was in July and it is now November. I have sent 3 letters which have all been returned. What kind of a garbage company is THIS!! You have picked the wrong customer to deal with in this manner...

If I have not heard back from your company with some satisfaction being my order or a full refund my lawyer will be in touch with your company.
