On july 15, 2004 my daughters found on the internet
shoes they would like to buy for school.I placed the order and sent in a $150.00 money order for payment.I received a confirmation e-mail right away within a few days saying they had received my payment, the shoes were in stock, and were being shipped.They said delivery would be within 2-3 weeks.
It is now august 18, 2004 and i have not received the shoes or any correspondence from the company despite e-mail attempts.
E-mail is the only way to contact this so called company.
I did not learn about the reputation the company has for this until i decided to look up some information on how to report internet fraud.According to customer complaints this is how they treat their customers.
Needless to say school has been in session for weeks and my girls look for their shoes every day.They cannot purchase more shoes because this was the money they saved just for school shoes. I have requested a full refund of the $150.00 i sent in
because according to customers what nicekicks actually sends you is not quality merchandise as pictured on their wesite.
The money order was cashed on august 3-2004
