I ordered flowers in Feb. Wrong color, delivered on wrong day, no vase. Complained to customer service who said they'd issue a refund for the vase. No refund.
Later, I received an apology for it taking so long and a notice saying I needed to dispute it with my credit card company, along with a $45 coupon. As if I'd use them again. Complained some more. Received a check from them for US$9.99, the cost of the vase. The check bounced. Just wrote a letter and mailed it yesterday...
