I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. They were suppose to arrive on Oct 18th. No show, they showed up the Oct 19th. The vase was broken in a million pieces and the flowers were completely dead.
I call customer service 4 times and emailed then 2 times. No response at all.
I call again and got thru by pushing the order button. I told what had happened. I was told that they would resend the flowers. I also told them they over charged my credit card. They wanted my to fax over my personal bank info so they could credit my card,
Needless to say I haven't received another shipment but they have charged my credit card again.
They are the biggest RIP-OFF company.
