Ordered 18 rainbow rose arrangement with vase for Mother's day. Balance due was 62.97 (tax was charge even though the company doesn't pay tax on online orders). They first over-charged my bank account an extra four dollars. Then they had 12 red and white damaged flower without the paid for vase. Next when I tried to contact the company for their satisfaction guarantee, the phone number was disconnected. Which made it impossible to contact them within the 48 hour complaint time limit. Don't buy from this company you'll be sorry.
