I sell vinyl records for a living. I sent this guy an order which was exactly what he asked for. A few days later, he wrote back, said that I had not sent the correct items. I told him to send me back the incorrect items & I would issue a refund. He refused, saying he'd rather throw them in the trash & issue a chargeback. In other words, he'll keep the items, AND get his money back.By the way, I never got the emails changing his order from the original one I sent to the one he says I SHOULD have sent. By the way, my credit company has a limit only given to "a few"..so they have no problem issuing back $$.
My record with GEMM is impeccable.
You simply do not want to admit your mistake. Selling records did not teach you to be more careful and act as a professional...
I work with law enforcement at the Federal level.. I suggest you be very careful with your bogus claim. I am in power to give you quite a BAD ride.

If you feel the need to do a chargeback against me, that's fine, that's the same thing you pulled last time. I believe this is a pattern with you, and I hope that your credit card company and Paypal eventually recognize it. I DO NOT miss important messages like this. I sell records for a living, with a near perfect customer satisfaction record, except for YOU! A business doesn't get that good a rating by missing important messages. I believe you made up the "other" order after you received my order and are now going to attempt to get something for nothing. Shame on you. And shame on me for letting you scam me twice

I got a compilation of Pointer Sisters, which I did not want, a couple of Carpenters singles I did not want either. All the Pointer Sisters desired items are obviously not included in the shipment, and the Manhattans single. All you had to do was to "confirm" with yours truly...
Oh well..not going to bother sending back the unwanted stuff.. they will go directly in the trash.
I am moving on for good this time.. so no more business between us. VISA will charge me back next month.
