Ordered 9 items totalling $147.04 on January 9, 2004. Credit card was charged $153.36 on March 1, 2004. Order was delivered on April 1, 2004. I mailed the entire order back on April 2, 2004 - it was all a pile of worthless junk and requested a full refund under the "satisfacion guaranteed or your money back" statement printed on their order form.
Despite many letters and phone calls to ask about my refund, there has been no response. I would get a "mail box full" and then finally "number is not in service" in reply to my phone calls". No response to my letters.
