STOLE $123.91 Rip-off!

I mailed in an order for 5 items om 19 March, 2004. My cheque for $123.91 was cashed on 27 March, 2004. When I called in May, I was told they did not partially ship and not all my items were available yet. When I called in June, I was told one item was still on back order, but expected soon. In July I was told my order was being packed and shipped "as we speak". Today, 12 August, I get a recording saying the phone number is "NOT IN SERVICE"!!
