I purchased a few items on March 16, 2004 paid $160.31--cheque was cashed March 20, 2004. Call April-stated few items on back order should ship by end of april. Called May -stated was in for processing. Called June-same answer. Call July-told them that i wanted my money back--Christine told me that they could not do this. Wrote the Better Business Bureau on July 14--have not had any response. Call August 5, now the phone number is disconnected!
Called 411 information and they told me that they get this request all the time and they cannot give me a current number. Waiting for their next catalogue to arrive to see what the new number is and if the company name is changed.
