Ripoff my aunt sent them a check for $58.29 an never rec'd product was told it was coming several times

My aunt ordered slippers and winter boots in March and she sent them the cheque. The company cashed the cheque on March 19, 2004. She phoned them several times during the months after it was cashed.

When she phoned, they told her the items were on backorder but were coming. Eventually the phone number was disconnected and never rec'd the products
I guess it is true that they prey on the elderly trusting people.
