Canadian Mail Order Exchange Ripoff Cashed my cheque, but I did not get the product

I ordered the talking Pedometer, product #PRA in June 4, 2004 for a total of $29.90.
My cheque was cashed (I have the cancelled cheque).

In early October, 2004, I wrote them a letter requesting the status of my order but the letter was returned to me for "moved/unknown address".
