In November 2013, at a BootCamp held in Johannesburg, South Africa, I bought the Raymond's Aaron Ultimate Coaching package and put down a ~$200 deposit on the provision that I could cancel the contract within 5 days.
I did send my communication to cancel the contract within the stipulated 5 days and the Raymond Aaron Group confirmed the cancellation via email.
I unfortunately still have not received my refund. When following up with Liz Ventrella, she tells me that the refund has been processed and that it is their South African bank that is delaying. It has been delaying this process for the past two months!
I need help in getting my deposit back.
