When we placed the order we spoke with a man on the phone who stated that there was a special going on and they would be paying 50% of the shipping. They did not do that, but we let it go. Then we opened the product and found a few records missing (after getting the order over a month late). We contacted the company again...(as we had to call many times to get the order shipped to us) and were told that we would have the missing records in a week at the most two. We have still never got them and they have not so much as replied to us.
