Ripoff

I placed an order the end of september for products from the catalogue and mailed off my cheque with the order. the cheque was cashed on October 2/03. I called this company on Dec2/03 and was told my order had been shipped. my order arrived dec6/03 and was not what i had ordered. also missing was product that i had paid for. i have called their customer service line at all times of the day and can get no answer

any help you can provide in this matter would be appreciated
