Does not ship orders at all, AKA RIPOFF Vancouve

I ordered merchandise of the BAttleAxe Records store one year ago (March 2004) and havent recieved my order. I have received one reply email in that year which didnt state the status of my order or why it hadnt been shipped. I have asked for a refund and I am now not getting any replies.

If you go to the battleaxe store now, there is very limited stock and the item i ordered no longer exists.
