Took the money and did not full fill the order, canada

We ordered the movie two months ago, and they took the money the same day we ordered it.they said it would be 8-12 dAYS FOR DELIVERY BUT WE HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET, and they have no costomer service phone number all they have is the web site. when we contact them though there, they do not respond half the time and when they do, they send a form e-mail that says the same thing every time.

NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK! we have been reading complaints about them on the internet, whick we should of done before we ordered so we should send this and hopfully some one will read this complaint and not do bussiness with them.they are ripp offs.i paid 151.75 and i can kiss that good-bye, i guess.
