I too was ripped off in the same manner as most of the reports that I have read. The only difference is I never was able to contact anyone. I ordered shoes December 26th and after a week I emailed them to request a tracking number. Because email is easily responded to and two days passed without any response I called and got the voice mail regarding the mailbox being full.
Since I ordered the merchandise with my credit card, I was able to contact my credit card company and get the charge disputed. I will evidentially get my money back from the Shoes that I too ordered online. I feel for those who will not be able to retrieve the money back. Perhaps if enough people respond to this email then legal action will someday be taken against the company and the owner Chris.
