I guess I did what the rest of you guys did and ordered all these amazing products from Well Naturally, only to finally do an internet search and discover the problems people have been having. I should have checked here first! I ordered about $150.00 worth of products on Feb 5. My card was charged right off. I found it odd, however, that no shipping was charged and the US to CA $$$ exchange rate was not performed (perhaps because the dollar amounts are similar?). So, last week I sent a number of e-mails to inquiry as to the status of my order, to no avail. She didn't respond. I finally got the balls to call her number today Feb. 26 and she didn't answer the phone "Well, Naturally, "; she answered as Mary. I asked her about my order and she told me that she had been out for the last 6 weeks due to liver surgery. She asked me to send an e-mail, and that she was not at the warehouse. Hmmm, suspicious. She told me that someone else was supposed to have checked her e-mails and responded. Based on what you guys have reported, I'm not sure I believe this. Has anyone actually received products from this company? Too good to be true? I'm thinking about giving it another week and reporting it to my bank, just to give it the full 30 days.
Thanks for listening! I guess I too would strongly urge people not to trust this company.
