I ordered a 60 day free trial. Cancelled well within the 60 days. Was sent a second shipment. I have to pay to return it to get a refund even though i had cancelled a month before. Ontario

These people do not cancel your membership until they already send out another shipment. You must argue forever to get them to even answer a question, they beat around the bush. You must pay to return shipments that you did not want.

You cannot get a valid phone number to call that you can talk to a person. The phone number has recordings that just gives you e-mail addresses to go to and the internet cannot even find the one you need.

They try to appease you for another month and then it will start all over again. They will rip you off and the tea does not work.
