Nov 2007, Ordered the Caroll Burnett Show collection. on the 20th I got an email indicating that the product shipped and I should get it by th 30th. When the 30th arrived I got another email indicating that I should by now be aware that my order ended up at someone else's address and that it had reshipped and no tracking information would be available and it should arrive on the 7th. BTW the first tracking information never work.
After the 7th arrived, I sent an email to them via the website and in response to one of the previous emails. The response was similar in that it was stated that my shipment was reshipped due to errors etc etc etc blah blah blah. I dont think they intend to ship and from what I have read about someone else's set of carol burnett dvd's, I am glad.
I spoke with my card company today... enough said I guess except save yourself the trouble.
Oh yeah, one more thing, I was looking on Amazon.com and they have a CB dvd set and the box is identical the box shown on this website except it is a limited number of episodes... hmmmmm you gotta wonder.
