NEW HOME WARRANTY IS A SCAM!
Good luck getting anything covered under warranty. Their brochure indicates from the day your claim is submitted, everything will be evaluated and completed within 60 days!!! WOW!! Awesome!!! It has now been OVER 6 MONTHS, and I have to constantly call to find out what is going on. BTW, basically nothing is covered under warranty. So to those of you that have Pacific Home Warranty, good luck. To those shopping around, look elsewhere.
P.S. My floors are sinking, my siding and trim are falling apart, cracks in interior walls, electrical problems and the list goes on...
