I too ordered a dvd collection from this company on 12/7/07 with promise it would be delivered by Christmas - of course it was not - continous emails saying it was being shipped - saying my refund would be 4 - 6 days etc etc etc. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge with success - also the charge on my credit card was from cyberbit.com (also a company outside the united states) however, their live chat was very helpful and offered to assist in the refund. At least Cyberbit appears to be a legit company.
