I was injured on the job and the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board became involved in my injury claim; (God Help you if you are seriously injured and have these people involved in your Health Recovery;)
I was denied requested diagnostic tests to diagnose my injury, and returned to work as a semi-truck driver in severe pain on oxycontin and morphine; Against my physicians wishes or warnings and was further injured and was then DENIED any medical treatment or diagnostic tests; My claims adjudicator at Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board, Sylvia Tarasoff Scharback, even spewed lie about conversations we had to get me BANNED from getting any help whatsoever for my injuries; This women is a total LIAR, she has purposely caused me further injury and has changed her story once I called her a LIAR; This is PROOF she is a LIAR;
Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board employees, are paid HUGE WAGES from the injured worker's fund to help you with your injury's. However, they purposely DENY you help for your injury's by minimizing the severity of your injury by convoluting the medical evidence so that you will be marginalized right out the door without any medical treatment for your injuries; I was returned towork with multiple spinal injuries UNDIAGNOSED in severe PAIN, further requests from physicians for help for me were DENIED and I was treated like a malingering faker;
Due to Saskatchewan Workers Compensation's FRAUDULENT BAD FAITH insurance claim practices, I was further injured and am completely disabled from returning to my job; I am in chronic pain from my injuries which after 4.5 yrs have received NO MEDICAL INTERVENTION;
Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board uses Puppy-Mill physicians that are paid HUGE sums of monet to turn BLIND-EYE and state "NO REASON FOR PAIN FOUND",
In 2006 I saw 2 ortho surgeons that both DENIED me tests to diagnose my reason for pain; In 2007 through the public health system I had my injuries properly diagnosed and due to these being work injuries, I have been denied treatment for these injuries as Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board states they are only minor injuries;
How is a BROKEN BACK a minor injury?
The Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board is funded by employers and therefore they protect employers from expensive costs, diagnostic tests or operations are frequently DENIED to injured workers who need these to have any HEALTH RECOVERY;
I would have been better off to stand on the corner and beg the public for money to get treated in a real hospital by real doctors who practice real medicine;
Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board employees are a bunch of ruthless con-artists who lie to you about your medical evidence to DENY you help for your injuries, God Help you in Saskatchewan if you suffer a severe or seriouswork injury, because Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board will purposely and intentionally make sure you don't receive the help you need to have any HEALTH RECOVERY;
Due to the way I have been mistreated by The, Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board, I am looking for other injured workers to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT;
