The way workers compensation board treats workers is very rude & ignorrant they just dont care they starve u back to work after they deny your claim in hopes that u will go some where else or just go away then they tell u about an appeal system which takes 30 to 60 days . come on just rediculous i have read more reports on here some thing needs to be done about this un fair operation (insurance for the worker what a joke) the reason i was denied because i took 4 days to realize my injury my employer told me when i mentioned my injury he said i have lots of more resumes on file so u need to still come in so i took motrin extra strengh 4 days straight then i was paralysed had to go to hospital at 4am to get my muscle spasm released then i phoned (ridsdale transport) i was hurt they took a month to notify wcb to further hold up my claim. then my employer kept phoning my house constantly harassing me to get back to work even though i was hurt so i told him i quit i figured why work for some one like that... one of the best moves i ever made but now its in in the hands of the ombudsman, workers advocate, tried to get a lawyer but no one will go against wcb are they god they get to decide my fate i dont think so like i said i had to go get a different job and still go to work work hurt to pay the bills but i am gonna appeal till it hits the board meeting im going all the way wcb sucks . and so does ridsdale they are no better this has caused to much stress next time i get hurt i will just shut my mouth and not say nothing who wants the run around again and all the wcb phone tag u can talk to about 5 different claim people in one day once again id call them worse but u cant on here no swearing so wcb is pathetic what a laugh
