My mom told me about this company City Financial and how they approved her for the loan she just had to send first and last months payment and they offered to approv her for $15000. I told my mom that doesn't sound right no one in thier right mind would approve someone with bad credit especially and give them a $15000 unsecured loan without the person having a job. She kept saying oh it's lagit.
I told her ya it's sounds too good it probably is. My moms hard up for cash and to keep the bank from doing a forclousure on the home and she like an idot sent them the first and last months payment of $800.00. She just called me and told me that the comp. wont answer her calls and she sent the money western union and they promised in an hour the money would be in her account. I told her I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM!
How could you send money to someone and not know if it's ligit or call the BBB or ask around first before sending money and such a large amount when it's all you have!!! I did some research and found on here that others also have ended up in similar situations. I told her to call Western Union and file a fraud report and see what can be done but not to count on getting her money back. She's a mess now and has no idea what she's going to do with no money to pay her morgage! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD IT PROBABLY IS!!!
