I initially subscribed to Paretologic.com. They later sent me an email warning me of the conficker virus. They also sugested tha I download the anti-conficker programme they had sent me. The moment I did this, I lost all my documents, files and folders and my operating system was immobilised. When I reported to them what happened, they were simply going around in circles and disclaimed the email tha they had sent me whilst at the same time admitting that they had sent an email to that effect!
I told them I wanted them to recover the data I had lost but they were simply beating about the bush. It was like the letter they sent me was a chain letter. They couldn't address my specific needs when it is they who caused the problem in the first place.
Please investigate them and get them to refund me. I also want them to recover all that I lost. Imagine, they do not even show their telephone number nor their physical address. These are daylight crooks. Make the pay.
