Did not receive my refund

I cancelled my Norton Anti-Virus Account on Jan.28, 2011 & I have not received a refund on my credit card. They stated in my email from them that my refund would be put through within 2-3 business day from Jan.28/11 & would show up on my nest billing cycle and it has not been done yet as of Feb.11/2011
