Future shop at Broadway

I bought my laptop on Jan 10th 2011, and it was broken on Feb 4th 2011 and I dropped it at futureshop on Feb 8th. I was told it would need 2 weeks to be repaired. But now it's nearly 4 weeks.

I received no calls, no emails and no apologies until now. I have called several times and just been told I need to wait one or two weeks more. No one tell me why my laptop did not work in less than one month and it takes so long to wait it to be repaired?

If you are not able to fix it, could you just return my money back or change me a new one please, or give back my computer so I can have it fixed in other shops?
