Microcell Solutions, Fido
They've messed up my credit by charging me for a phone that was a pay as you go phone

I bought a phone from fido, and it was a pay as you go phone. Months later I went to take a load from the bank, and they tell me I have credit problems because of a company by the name of microcell. I checked it out on the internet and came to realize it was a rip off scam. Please help
