SafeCart - On Behalf Of Driver Detecive Got Charged for software when used it, it caused more problems that it fixed requested a refund and have received any answe

I purchased the software called "Driver Dective" to try and find drivers that were out of date on my machine.

Once I installed the program and ran it, it found about 10 drivers that it "claimed" were out of date. So i did the recommendation and here is what I got:

- It would try to install a older driver than the one I was using Since this software install the files from a site somewhere it runs that drivers installation application. If you have a new version than what is being installed then it cancles out. Thats fine at least it does not cause bigger problems

- It would install drivers that were no intended for the hardware it was forcing the driver too.. Hence Yes the Blue Screen of Death thank god for system restore points.

- It would install a new driver for one device which would place a older driver for another device (Yes Blue screen again)

So as you can see this Software does no where near do what it claims it should be doing.
