Company promised a $28 rebate. For months the status was okay until I inquired why the check had not arrived. They changed the status to rejected and stated I was missing the invoice. I had sent all the paperwork required but sent a fresh invoice from zipzoomfly.
The person I spoke with (Chris) stated that he would ammend the rebate status.
At this point, he will not answer my emails and the status has not changed.
They are in collusion with ZIPZOOMFLY. Many others are having the same problem.
