Bad customer service

We sent off for a product from an ad. that did not tell us that with health problems we could not use it.

When recieved we noticed the health issue problem and called for information to get a refund on the same day. We were told to send it to Canada (sent 6/17). We checked the P.O. track and confirm for the package. It was recived by the delivery unit, (6/20), who tried to deliver it 4 times.
Called the customer service line. Was told they only took orders, had no knowledge about returns and did not know of anyone who did.

Tried to E-mail the customer service add. but was told no such add.. We went to order site and then sent a message to them and was told they would return to us within 24 hours. That is two days ago. No corrospondence.

Called their number again. Put on hold for 20 minutes. When finally answered a man wanted to buy tickets. Said he had waited and hour and a half on hold and now was connected to me. Hung up and tried again.

Fourty five minutes later a lady answered and asked me a lot of questions. Said no record of our order was to be found asked for my phone # and said a manager would call me back in a week or so.
