I also have been scammed by this company. I ordered the "free" sample and then cancelled by phone within their time limit. It did take a long time, but finally a woman told me my cancellation was accepted and there would be no further charges.
That was several weeks ago. Then today I got a charge on my credit care for $99.90. I have called them and put a hold on the charge and started a dispute. They (CitiBank) said they would give me a credit in two days while this dispute is being explored.
I hope this will stick, especially after reading the other reports.
Seems emailing LeanLife only gets you a autoreply of no use.
