I am SOOOOO upset! I got the FREE sample in Nov. 2009 but like the other complaints I found a charge of $87.62 USD/$ 94.77 CDN on my credit card for Dec. 2009 and I called the credit card company to dispute it. I used the above number to cancel with a cancellation # and the name of the agent handling my call. "Diana" stated that they did not have to have a disclaimer letter with the free trial sample as it was on the terms and conditions on the website. They auto charge your credit card until you call yourself to cancel. The trial sample is small with cheap labeling. I got it for my mom as a little Christmas gift after reading a testimonial from a fellow winnipegger. I even had to pay $14 for the S & H b/c i'm in Canada!!! That small bottle was all I got for all that $$$. Even when I was talking to Diana I heard another employee dealing with another complaint in the background. I would have rather have given all that $$$ to a charity or bought diapers for my babies!!!
