I ordered a "free" trial sample of their product (shipping charge only) and was later billed $69.95. When I phoned the number that appears on my credit card, the person answering the phone immediately asked, without my saying anything, "are you calling about the charge for $69.95"? How did she know that, except that the company knows they're scamming people! She told me I had to call another number, which I did, and was told that my card would be credited for this amount, and my so called "subscription, " which I never ordered, cancelled. I was even given a confirmation number. That was two weeks ago. So far, no credit has been applied. My Visa company says they can dispute the charge after 30 days. I may have to take this route.
