I called the numbers I found on this site and was put on hold forever. I then called my credit card company and there was an option re: dispute a charge on the bill. The rep I spoke to said that they can contact the company and dispute a charge if I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. Today is Feb 19 and she said they can only go back and dispute charges back to Nov 11/09. And like another person here I was charged more than once in the same month. She said that I will receive a form in the mail in a few days and they will reimburse me when they receive the money, then will recover the money from the company. I found this worked well, after several months of trying myself. Do Not Order Free Samples Off The Net.
