Hello again. I just submitted a comment and need to make a correction. The credit card company will send me a form. They will reimburse me WHEN THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED FORM FROM ME, and then they will go to the company to rocover the charges. Sorry for the confusion. MJS ...
