Bad service

I bought a Samsung range in August 2009. When I received it, I noticed that one of the four burners was not working. I called service right away. Since then, I've received the visit of about 6 technicians, but they never had the right part. Well, it's been 7 MONTHS now, and it still hasn't been repaired. I called Sears many times, never felt any compassion or real urge to help. When I called on April 7, was told I would be called back within 48 hours. Never heard from Sears again. The service DOES NOT EXIST. I don't know what to do anymore.
