Ran to the mail box today to see what new bills could have possibly arrived and low and behold what did I find, a letter and check from the Harris Financial Group. Of course it stated that I had drawn the lucky number and WON something, all I needed to do was to claim my prize by June 21st. I received in my goodie basket a cruise to Nassau for 6/5 nights, a check for $1750 and a balance due to me of $18, 050. This letter had impressive endorsers logo's such as Marriott and Sprint.
I attempted to contact the company to find out the probability of such a miracle. The number didn't answer and the voice message box was full. So what did I do..ran to the bank with a deposit slip and the check. As I now had time to do a little research, ripoff report has answered my question. This is to good to be true. The check was real and I will update my story as it continues. Could it be that my little check slips through the cracks and actually doesn't get returned to my bank? Well a girl can dream can't she?
