My husband and I travel from the Niagara Region to Georgian Bay regularly. I drink iced caps made with chocholate milk in all seasons. We stop at Tim Horton's at least 4 times in our visits (4 hr. trip each way). At least 75% of the Tim Hortons employees do not know how long to mix the iced caps. They are often dark brown with miniscule bits of ice floating around. No one seems to use the timer for mixing..is this a thing of the past? An iced cap should be light in color and fluffy. At home I bought a milk shake mixer so I can mix my own at home. The week end employees are the worst..when I ask them to mix it more they get very indignant. I do not mind paying the price but should get them mixed properly. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.
