We just got a new puppy and I ordered a recipe cook book for dog bisquits and cookie cutters to go with it. I ordered something else with it and got it but not what I had ordered for in the first place.
I did not even get a packing slip, or anything stating why the product was not delivered. I did call and they said that it isn't available. I asked why I did not recieve a note or a substitute product or something. Needless to say she was just an operator and didn't know anything.
I demanded my money back and she said the next bunch of cheques will go out around the 15th of May. But I say for all of you, go for the law suit and go for it good.
