Bought 3 wag-jags for a dozen cupcakes each. I went to their store to use them and I was told that the wag-jag is for pre-order delivery only. I then placed the order in the store with one of their representatives: gave her all my personal information of where to deliver my cupcakes and that they were for my wife's birthday so she was going to make them into a girl birthday theme. This was on the Saturday of the mothers day weekend. I had placed the order for delivery on Saturday June 2nd (3 weeks away) which I was told was the earliest they could get these for me. I thought this was great because we were celebrating my wife's birthday that weekend and we could use those cupcakes then even though my intentions were to use them for mothers day.
On the day they were due to arrive, I called the bakery to ask an approx time when they were to deliver. The lady at the store told me that I was not on their list to deliver today. I said it must be a mistake as I was in there personally to order these. She went away for a few minutes to look into it and when she came back, she said that she has no record of me placing the order. I said I was counting on those for today as we will have company. She said there is nothing she could do as she has other engagements today other than place my order for another day. She also told me that she has no proof that I was even in the store so there's no way that she could do anything for me today. I asked for a refund and I was told that they cant do that either because those were wag jags. At this point she was pretty much arguing with me on the phone because she could not not wait to get me off the phone because she was in a hurry to go make other deliveries. So needless to say I have no money back and no cupcakes for my wife's birthday.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY as they do weddings as well. I mean this was only for a birthday- you can always go and buy some cake from a store but I cant even imagine what this would be like for a wedding. To have these ladies "forget" your order on your wedding day would be devastating to a bride.
