Urabn Florists is a complete scam! My nephew was born 3 weeks ago and I sent flowers to my sister in law to celebrate. Only to be called the next day and told they would not be delivered until the following week! Although they were prompt in charging me for the product!
When the flowers for my new nephew arrived a week after his birth - they were a dozen PINK ROSES for my nephew! When I ATTEMPTED to call URBAN FLORISTS, I was put on hold for 38 minutes only to be hung up on. My 10 emails went ignored. Days later after several attempts to make contact, I finally got through to someone at URBAN FLORSITS, demanding a refund which I was completely denied! I then demanded a credit.
My mother's birthday was July 13th, I then decided to order flowers for then. I was in London on July 7th and was expecting to be away for her birthday thought this would be nice for her to receive. Those floweres for my mother's birthday - they were NEVER delivered! As previous expereince - I was unable to track anyone down to speak to, only a recording telling me how important my call was, it eventually hung up on me telling me to try again later!
I finally spoke to someone ysterday who said they had sent the order to a business they no longer use. Again this was AFTER the occassion AFTER I made the contact. I was told flowers would be sent today with an apology to my mother, when I called this morning to confirm - I was told perhaps next week! Crazy scam! I cannot believe this company is able to operate. STAY AWAY FROM URBAN FLORISTS!
